How we handle your information

Stanley Insurance collects only the information reasonably needed to provide requested services, maintain client portal access, deliver free resources and respond to inquiries.

Information we may collect

This may include your name, contact information, service interests, portal activity, client requests and documents that you or an authorized administrator provides. Consultation requests may include contact information, an address, financial details you choose to provide, and—when requesting insurance—a birthday, general health rating and an entirely optional health note. We also record when a visitor unlocks a free download or clicks a business-email link so we can respond to interest and understand how the website is being used.

Free-resource requests

When you request a free resource, we collect your name, email address and mobile number so we can deliver the resource and follow up about the complimentary consultation you requested. Providing a phone number does not enroll you in recurring marketing texts.

Security and sharing

We use access controls, private file storage and identity checks to limit client information to authorized users. We may use service providers to host the website, authenticate users, store files and support requested communications. We do not sell personal information.
